The principle of the staircase of talent is to map out a route from where a driver may be, to where they might want to be. A series of steps along the way ensure that the necessary skills and experiences are acquired in the most efficient way, but always with the end goal in mind.
We have the expertise to select these steps and put them into place. The road to success will vary, but may involve steps in different motorsport disciplines to acquire the right set of skills. It may involve driver coaching and will almost certainly involve building a carefully selected support team to ensure unrivalled mechanical and technical resources are available when required.
